A LEGACY TO HONOUR,
A VISION
TO MOVE US FORWARDS
Pulenta Estate was born from the vision of brothers Hugo and Eduardo Pulenta to create a winery focused on the production of limited series of high quality wines. Built on the legacy of their grandfather and with the experience in the industry harnessed by their father, their purpose was to develop remarkable wines that highlight the varietals and terroirs of Mendoza. Their dream was to build a winery that produces wines with passion, leaving aside expectations but presenting their own point of view on winemaking.
Today, Pulenta Estate wines are recognized around the world for their unique style and quality and we continue to challenge ourselves to dream the wines of the future.

Our pride in winemaking
When brothers Hugo and Eduardo Pulenta founded Pulenta Estate, their vision was to translate the legacy of the family and their father ́s pioneering spirit; into a modern, innovative winery focused on producing limited series of great wines. Different from the approach of their father, their aim was to focus on quality and sustainability while highlighting our terroirs by making thought provoking wines.
TRADITION & INNOVATION:
OUR TWO PILLARS
The heritage of over 100 years in the industry is one of the pillars of Pulenta Estate. The traditional methods of winemaking, the sustainable farming of family owned vineyards and the family management of the business; are a
reflection of a long established career in the winemaking business and a chosen path for Pulenta Estate.
The second pillar of Pulenta Estate is innovation. To improve every harvest, we constantly incorporate the latest technologies to our vineyards and our winemaking. Investigation is key in this process, our in-house R&D department is where we find inspiration to continue perfecting our wines and develop new ones.

WINEMAKING BREAKDOWN:
OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY
The winery is based at La Zulema vineyard, in Agrelo, Lujan de cuyo. The winery was built to house the production of high quality wines. From the gravity flow design to the barrel layout, quality has been the primary objective since day one. We have invested in different fermentation options, from small stainless steel tanks, to roll fermentor and wood barrels.
Under the direction of our Head Winemaker, Javier Lo Forte, we have a team of four winemakers in house, a true luxury for any winery. Gentle wine management and fine extractions are at the core of our approach, complemented by a diverse selection of vessels in various shapes, sizes, and materials. Our privately owned harvest equipment ensures precision and control throughout the process. We carefully select French oak barrels from an assortment of esteemed tonneleries, allowing for optimal aging. With a philosophy of minimum intervention, we achieve maximum expression in every bottle.

THE PULENTA ESTATE STYLE
Elegant, refined, balanced.
Pulenta Estate wines stand out on their own for their distinct style. We aim to produce wines with good concentration, interesting terroir expresion and great palate; wines that are thought provoking and enjoyable, to be shared with others and paired with great food.
“When we taste blindly with friends and colleagues, we can always recognize Pulenta Estate wines. Having a recognizable style is something that we ́ve worked hard on; it reflects our vineyards, our story and our point of view on winemaking”
Eduardo Pulenta

IT STARTS IN THE VINEYARD
Some of our vineyards are more than 40 years old, planted by Don Antonio Pulenta who was a true pioneer of the Uco Valley development. He developed the area because he truly believed in the potential of high altitude winemaking in Mendoza.
The Pulenta family owns and manages the two vineyards, over 400 hectares of a range of grape varietals in a biodiverse environment. Our vines are planted at 980 and 1200 meters above sea level in Alto Agrelo, Lujan de Cuyo and in Los Arboles, Uco Valley.
We have always been sustainable from conviction, following a mindset of land-first approach; causing the least possible impact in the land and being the most efficient in the use of our resources. At present, we have internationally recognized certifications such as HACCP, which guarantees best practices in food safety matters; Global GAP, internationally recognized and dedicated to Good Agricultural Practices and the Certificate of Sustainability of Bodegas de Argentina. We also believe in making wines that can be enjoyed by all, currently our wines are certified vegan and gluten free.

“It should be our mission to leave our land in a better place than we found it”
Don Antonio Pulenta

OUR WINES
The winery presents three distinct lines, each reflecting its philosophy and craftsmanship.
At the pinnacle stands the GRAN line, an exclusive selection of barrel-aged wines crafted from the finest plots in the vineyard, representing the ultimate expression of excellence.
The Pulenta Estate collection of wines embody the character and elegance of the estate, offering depth and complexity while maintaining a refined balance—an interpretation of tradition with a contemporary vision.
Finally, La Flor Wines, a project led by the winery’s fourth generation, bring a fresh and vibrant perspective, offering a youthful, approachable introduction to the house style.
